SYLVIA BROWNE MEDITATION

I went to see the famous psychic, Sylvia Browne last night at the San Diego Convention Center.  During her lecture we did a "white light" meditation where she was teaching the audience how to protect themselves and cover their bodies in colors of light in a particular order ending in emerald.  The emerald color apparently is a healing color and helps with disease, depression, and general ailements.  I didn't realize until today after I extracted the audio file that the actual meditation was 15 minutes long!  It felt like a couple of minutes!  I wonder if I fell asleep, or I was truly in a very deep meditation?  The woman sitting two seats down was sobbing uncontrollably and I got the sense she had lost a child.  But the strange thing is I never really heard her sobbing.  Marta told me about it later, after the meditation was over.  Also her red and wet face said it all.

A lot of people were there for readings.  There seemed to be the spirits of dead people that had been murdered, suicide, with their loved ones needed consoling...but there was also a lost photo someone could not find and Sylvia told them where to find it.  I didn't get called for a reading but I wish I had.  Perhaps it was not meant to be, to be called for a reading.  I have all of the powers I need right inside of me - and I know it.  Perhaps that was the lesson for the evening.
